Thomas is an active public speaker, panelist, consultant, and is involved in special projects for Internet, advertising and multi media. His creative work focuses on the strategic design and usability aspects of interactive media, developing efficient experience design and online communication. His research explores the nature of creativity, creative thinking and advertising creativity. As a creativity consultant, he develops educational programs and provides corporate training to improve and manage creativity, creative thinking and the ability to innovate. He is a founding partner of mediaman, a digital marketing agency in Germany, China and the USA. Formerly he worked as art director and creative director in New York City at Grey Advertising, Lois GGK, J. Walter Thompson and Communication House.
